Jeff Gilliland is a writer, nonprofit administrator, and environmental scholar. As the Communications Coordinator for Project Drawdown, he is responsible for deploying the message of drawdown across the world, managing the organization’s website and digital communications, coordinating interviews and speaking engagements for Drawdown’s staff and Research Fellows, and supporting the promotion of Drawdown, the book. Before joining Project Drawdown, Jeff managed communications at several start-ups and nonprofits, including the Illinois Humanities Council and Young Playwrights’ Theater in Washington, DC. He is also the lead author of the biography Four Dollars and a Dream: The Life and Times of Cino Chegia. Jeff holds a B.A. in English from Stanford University, and an M.A. in the Humanities from the University of Chicago.
