Carl Anthony, architect, author and urban/suburban/regional design strategist, is co-founder and co-director of the Breakthrough Communities Project. A noted advocate for racial and environmental justice, he has served in leadership roles at the Ford Foundation and founded the Race, Poverty and the Environment Journal, the only environmental justice periodical in the United States.
